Day 1: Sunrise at Angkor Wat & Exploration of Angkor Thom
Start your day early at 5:00 AM to witness the breathtaking sunrise over Angkor Wat. After sunrise, head to the mystical Ta Prohm, famously known as the Tomb Raider Temple, to explore its beautiful ruins before the crowds arrive.

Continue to explore the magnificent South Gate of Angkor Thom, followed by a visit to Angkor Thom, a grand walled city built by King Jayavarman VII. Marvel at the serene faces of the Bayon Temple, visit the towering Baphuon Temple, the tallest pyramidal structure, which was closed for restoration for 27 years by the French. Discover the Royal Palace area, including the temple inside called Phimeanakas, and explore the Elephant Terrace and the Terrace of the Leper King.

Enjoy a delicious lunch at a local restaurant within the Angkor Archaeological Park before heading to Angkor Wat, the capital of the Khmer Empire from the 9th to the 15th century and once the largest city in the world during the 12th century.

Day 2: Tonle Sap Lake & Jungle Temples
After breakfast at 8:00 AM, venture out to Kampong Phluk, a floating village on Tonle Sap Lake, where you’ll learn about the unique lifestyle of locals who live along the shores of Southeast Asia's largest freshwater lake.

After your visit, take a break for lunch at a local restaurant, allowing you time to relax. Then, continue your adventure to Beng Mealea Temple, a hidden gem in the jungle, which remains largely untouched and in its original overgrown state.
